Employee (m/f/d) in the area of SWIFT Competence Center

To support our SWIFT Competence Center, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the area of SWIFT Competence Center for our location in Dreieich as soon as possible.

Our team focuses on all applications supporting payment transactions for our customers, including the SWIFT infrastructure operated by the SWIFT Service Office, where we are responsible for the IT side of all processes.

In compliance with all regulatory requirements, we continuously develop solution concepts for the processing of financial transactions in coordination with technical experts and clients.

Your duties:

  • You support us in our day-to-day business with the processing of changes, incidents and problems

  • Administration and support of the SWIFT infrastructure of the SWIFT Service Office

  • Interdepartmental collaboration with support, sales, technology and development

  • Participation in the topic/project planning of the department as well as the preparation of minutes and presentations

  • Management of demanding (sub)projects and on-boarding of new customers

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in an IT company, financial institution, SWIFT environment and/or payment transactions

Accountant (m/f/d)

For our head office in Dreieich we are looking for an accountant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your duties:

  • General accounting tasks (accounts receivable/payable/bank), control, account assignment, audit and posting of the incoming and outgoing invoice book as well as processing of financial reports (matching protocols) and collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

  • You also take care of the travel expenses of the employees, which are split, checked and booked by you.

  • If necessary, you will be given secondary activities such as separate assignments, telephone calls and research tasks.

  • Target/actual analysis of operational projects including the development of improvement measures.

  • A large, self-reliant room for manoeuvre.

Your profile:

  • You want to take control of the expansion of financial accounting.

  • Ideally, your professional experience (at least 2 years) in bookkeeping and accounting is based on a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (office administrator, tax clerk, accountant, tax specialist, bank clerk or comparable) or a completed business administration degree.

  • Ideally, you should have good knowledge of the Addison financial accounting software.

  • You enjoy activities that require organizational skills, independent work, care and accuracy.

To support our diagnosis and control centre, we are looking for a full-time office administrator (m/f/d) for early and late shift (between 08:00am and 07:00pm) and another part-time employee for late shift (between 03:00pm and 07:00pm) for our location in Dreieich at the earliest opportunity.

Your duties:

  • Operation of the telephone exchange incl. recording and forwarding of messages
